Other activities would involve supporting other pre-deal projects such as IT Due Diligence, and IT Post Merger Integration, IT Carve-outs/ Separation, etc. Skills And Attributes For Success Must have Experience of developing IT Strategy, integrate the project and program strategies with IT Strategy and alignment with business strategy and management
