Job description:- Myntra Brand Accelerator Team encompasses all categories across Myntra and works with priority
brand partners to help them grow at an accelerated pace. This team cuts across revenue, demand,
category, operations and finance to impact all business parameters for the accelerator brands.
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for managing the end to end relationship for the accelerator brands. Working with the internal teams across operations, finance, Category, Catalog, Returns
Technology and Revenue to ensure that Accelerator brand issues are prioritized and solved.
Conducting whitespace analysis and Working with the brands to enable expansion into new
categories/article types
Business Development : Speaking to brands and onboard them on the accelerator program
Enhancing the Accelerator program structure to create differential experience for the brands
from the current set of MP brands Identifying and solving for sales opportunities on Myntra for the brands
Qualifications & Experience
MBA with 2+ years of experience or Graduate with 4+ Years of experience in
Strategy/Planning/Sales/Operations/Program Management/Consulting
Strong communication and project management skills
Strong Analytical Skills, presentation skills and analytical skills
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment
Previous experience in retail & e-commerce added advantage.
